We know that gender stereotypes are pervasive. They are in our daily life, in the language we use, in the books we read and the programmes we watch. But what really are they and can we really see them in our schools?

 

In this interactive session Clare will talk about the unexpected places we find stereotypes, examine why we don’t even notice many of them, look at what we would like to change and how we can do something about them and drive change with our peers and our teachers.
