The Periodic Table of Brilliant Women & Girls was conceived by husband and wife team, Rob Clucas-Tomlinson and Sarah Dixon, when they realised their 7 year old daughter was growing up with little awareness of the amazing achievements of women around the world. 

 

The poster features 101 amazing female role models and their stories, carefully selected from a wide range of fields of endeavour. Every entry has an incredible story to tell! We have scientists and activists, reformists and artists, sportswomen and adventurers - many of whom are linked, not only by their inspiring lives or inspirational acts, but by the fact that they have been under-reported by the European and male-dominated histories we usually receive.
