We know that all girls can throw and who better to make sure they realise this than GB Paralympian Vanessa Wallace!

Vanessa is a two time GB Paralympian, and the British record holder in F34 Seated Shot Put, Discus and Javelin. An inaugural member of the British Athletics Athlete Commission since 2017, Vanessa is also a mature undergraduate student and Women's Sports Trust “Unlocked” Programme Alumni. Vanessa uses her lived experiences to inspire and motivate both within and outside the realms of sport. She is passionate about turning up the volume around finding solutions to inequalities relating to disability, diversity and inclusion.
