I hold positive and empowering workshops for children and their parents/guardians' sharing knowledge on puberty, the menstrual cycle and rite of passage Menarche. I support females across the whole life cycle, weaving together rituals & practices with science.

 

Come and see me at Fesitval of The Girl where I will have a stall filled with period products and takes aways, for girls and their parents/guardians to explore together. I will be available to answer any question they have about puberty, the menstrual cycle & hormones. I will share details about the in-person and online work that I do.
