Claire is Deaf and has worked within the Deaf community for many years in a variety of roles. She has experience of working with deaf children, both in an education setting and also as a Children and Families Support Work for the National Deaf Children’s Society. Claire has also worked with deaf adults in a various positions including as a Community Support Worker for a Sensory Impairment Team. Claire is the Deputy C.E.O of Enhance the UK and loves that she works in a position to be able to support organisations to be more inclusive.
