PRIVACY POLICY 

Terms & Conditions (Summer 2024 free wi-fi giveaway)

  • For girls aged 7-11 years old and based in the UK

  • For girls whose family are eligible for free school meals and do not have internet access at home

  • Person applying must be guardian / parent of the girl and give permission for her to use the wi-fi unit.

  • Once the wi-fi unit has been received and set up, what the girl views on the internet is the responsibility of the guardian / parents. Festival of The Girl and Active Digital accepts no liability

  • Once approved the user will receive a mobile wi-fi unit and sim card. This can be used anywhere with a phone, tablet or laptop. They will also receive a Festival of The Girl activity book

  • The internet will be available from July 2024 until Tuesday 1st October 2024

  • The wi-fi unit's will be allocated on a first come first serve basis

  • To apply an initial email must be sent to info@festivalofthegirl.com

 

Terms & Conditions (FoTG 2024 Activity Book)

Sister Motion competition:

  • Video needs to be 60 secs long

  • Entries need to be girls aged 7 -11

  • Submission date is Thursday 31st October, 2024

  • Submissions sent via Sister Motions instagram @sister_motion or emailed via free services such as WE transfer to hello@sistermotion.com

  • All girls entering need to have guardian/parents permission. The guardians/parents need to provide a contact telephone number and email

  • Permission from guardian/parents of winning filmmakers to include film on FoTG and/or Sister Motion socials as and when/if required

  • Permission from persons featured in the film to be sought from guardians/parents in advance of submission

  • Judging at sole discretion of Sister Motion and FoTG organisers

  • Winners guardians/parents will be notified directly

Taylor Wimpey Manchester competition:

  • Competition submissions are under two categories: under 10 year olds and over 10 year olds

  • Submission date is Thursday 31st October, 2024

  • Please send your entry to: twmcharitycommittee@taylorwimpey.com

  • Competition prizes for each caragory are:

1st Prize = £100 Amazon Gift Voucher

2nd Prize = £50 Amazon Gift Voucher

3rd Prize = £25 Amazon Gift Voucher

  • Judging at sole discretion of Taylor Wimpey Manchester and FoTG organisers

  • Winners guardians/parents will be notified directly
