I founded Brightstarz to help prepare pre-teens and teens for the often difficult road ahead. By empowering, educating and preparing them, we help them to tackle anxiety, stand up to bullies and build resilience so they can live happier, more confident lives. They leave our workshops feeling empowered, inspired, informed, confident – and armed with the tools and life-skills needed to take on the world with optimism and energy.
