At Maths on Toast, the family maths charity, our mission is to give families and communities enjoyable, hands-on, creative experiences of maths; and the opportunity to explore and ‘play’ with maths that relates to everyday life and the world around us. We develop activities, resources, projects, products and programmes and we work with families, communities, libraries, schools and partner organisations. Broadening perceptions of what maths is and where it is found, and building a positive, can-do attitude and the confidence to investigate and explore, to try and test are crucial elements in shaping an able and resilient maths learner.
