Monique McCallam, CEO and founder of M'QUE, which is an
acronym of Motivating Queens to Uniquely Evolve and a community interest company founded in 2018.

 

Her passion, personal experiences and professional background as a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse have shaped the organisation’s ethos, aiming to empower vulnerable young women and positively impact society through hard work and dedication.

 

What I'll be doing at the Festival of The Girl:
I will be doing an activity to help boost the girl's self-confidence and self-esteem. The activity will involve the girls making an affirmation mirror which they can personalise and take away with them, to then start using going forward.
