The Arup and Nexus team can answer your engineering queries and will have interactive bridge building and table-top activities. You can also try on hard hats and see examples of project work! Our Arup team, based in Newcastle, have recently completed the design work for the new Keel Crossing in Sunderland and are working with Nexus on the design for the Metro to Washington extension. The project will include construction of new bridges as well as reusing existing bridges together with a broad range of engineering skills.
