Florence is an educator, mental health advocate, and creative lead passionate about helping young people thrive both in and out of the classroom. As a Senior Mental Health Lead in a London primary school, she delivers targeted interventions, emotional support, and creative workshops that help children build resilience and self-worth. She is also the founder of @growthnotgrades, an Instagram platform focused on reimagining education and celebrating the whole child.

With a background in pastoral care, curriculum design, and social media engagement, Florence brings a deep understanding of how children’s confidence and identity are shaped early on. She is thrilled to join the advisory board of Festival of the Girl to support its mission of challenging gender stereotypes and creating joyful, empowering experiences for all children. Her work centres on helping children see their potential and opportunities.
