Girls Can Build is an award-winning programme created to inspire girls, build their confidence and open their eyes to the exciting opportunities available in construction.

Developed by women working at family business OCL, our interactive workshops show girls that construction is about much more than building. It brings together creativity, design, technology, numbers, teamwork and problem-solving.

Through role play, practical activities and hands-on challenges, your daughter will have fun, try something new and discover just how many different roles could match her individual interests and strengths.
